<p>These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sellorna platform ("Platform"), operated by Sellorna ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at sellorna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.</p>
<h3>1. About the Platform</h3>
<p>Sellorna is a B2B trade marketplace that connects verified suppliers with business buyers — including boutiques, online retailers, and independent resellers. Sellorna acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.</p>
<h3>2. Eligibility</h3>
<ul><li>You are at least 18 years of age</li><li>You are using the Platform for business purposes only</li><li>You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business</li></ul>
<h3>3. Buyer Obligations</h3>
<ul><li>Purchase products for resale or business use only</li><li>Provide accurate shipping and billing information</li><li>Pay for orders in full at the time of purchase</li><li>Comply with all applicable import regulations in your country</li></ul>
<h3>4. Supplier Obligations</h3>
<ul><li>Accurately represent your products</li><li>Fulfill orders within the stated processing time</li><li>Ship products securely and provide valid tracking information</li><li>Issue invoices to buyers in accordance with applicable tax regulations</li></ul>
<h3>5. Payments & Commission</h3>
<ul><li>All buyer payments are processed securely through iyzico</li><li>Sellorna charges a commission on each completed transaction</li><li>Supplier payouts are processed on a regular schedule after deducting commissions</li><li>All tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the supplier</li></ul>
<h3>6. Intellectual Property</h3>
<p>All content on the Sellorna platform is the property of Sellorna and may not be used without prior written permission.</p>
<h3>7. Limitation of Liability</h3>
<p>Sellorna is not responsible for product quality, shipping delays, or supplier misrepresentation. Total liability shall not exceed the commission earned on the transaction in dispute.</p>
<h3>8. Account Suspension & Termination</h3>
<p>Sellorna reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.</p>
<h3>9. Governing Law</h3>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.</p>
