<p>On Sellorna, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the supplier. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method used.</p>

<li><strong>Domestic Orders</strong> (within Turkey) — 3 to 5 business days</li>
<li><strong>International Orders</strong> — 5 to 7 business days, excluding customs clearance</li>

<h3>Shipping Costs</h3>
<p><strong>Domestic Orders (Turkey):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Orders of <strong>1,000 TRY and above</strong> — Free shipping</li>
<li>Orders <strong>below 1,000 TRY</strong> — Flat fee of <strong>100 TRY</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>International Orders:</strong> Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.</p>

<h3>Order Tracking</h3>
<p>Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account under Orders.</p>

<h3>Customs & Import Duties</h3>
<p>For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sellorna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.</p>
