On Sellorna, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the supplier. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method used.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders (within Turkey) — 3 to 5 business days
• International Orders — Estimated 5 to 7 business days, excluding customs clearance. Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination country and local customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders (Turkey):

• Orders of 1,000 TRY and above — Free shipping
• Orders below 1,000 TRY — Flat shipping fee of 100 TRY, calculated at checkout

International Orders:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Rates vary by destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Sellorna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. All import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
